How can I find out if my building is compliant with current regulations?

Do you install energy efficient systems?

Why is regular M&E maintenance important for my business?

Regular M&E services ensure your critical systems, such as HVAC, HIUs, lighting, electrical and fire safety systems operate efficiently, safely and in compliance with regulations. Planned preventative maintenance reduces the risk of unexpected failures, minimises downtime and extends the lifespan of your assets.

Can you upgrade our existing network and data cabling system?

Can you upgrade outdated lighting systems to more energy-efficient options?

Emergency lighting should be tested monthly for functionality and undergo a full annual test to ensure compliance with regulations. We provide scheduled maintenance plans to keep your system compliant.

How often should I schedule planned preventative maintenance, inspections and servicing

The frequency really depends on the size and function of your building, usage levels and compliance requirements. We offer customised and flexible PPM contracts with schedules that align with your business needs.

Regular preventative IT maintenance ensures systems remain secure, efficient, and scalable. We recommend ongoing support and periodic reviews to keep your business future-ready.

For HVAC maintenance, we recommend bi-annual servicing for commercial systems to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Fire door inspection should be scheduled at least every 6 months to ensure they function correctly, remain compliant with safety standards and provide maximum protection in an emergency.

At a minimum, it is recommended that access control and CCTV systems be checked at least once a year. However for properties with high level security needs and heavily depend on their systems for day-to-day reliability, we recommend more frequent inspections, such as every quarter or 6 months.

Emergency lighting and signage should be tested once a month and full inspections should be carried out every 6 months.
