What internet speeds do you offer?
We provide from 100Mbps to 100Gbps internet, setting a new standard in speed and capacity. As part of the iwGROUP package, we offer 1Gbps, 10Gbps, 25Gbps and 100Gbps. Our dedicated business fibre ensures consistent, uncontended bandwidth with the added benefit of no residential traffic interference.
What is your lead time for connectivity?
Typically, 6 – 1 2 weeks, however, if you have an urgent requirement, speak with us as we’re always flexible and can accommodate most requirements.
Do you offer a diverse connection solution?
Yes! We can provide a diverse internet connection, meaning that if your main connection is interrupted for any reason, our diverse connection solution would come into play. Your connection would come from a separate data centre, entering a different part of your building.
What is a Virtual CTO, and how can my business benefit from it?

I’m taking over an older building. Can I re-use the existing infrastructure?
Infrastructure underpins your entire network and tech stack, so it’s a good idea to make sure you’re building on solid foundations. We can fully test any infrastructure you’re inheriting, to ensure it’s fit for purpose; we’ll make any changes or upgrades required. We’re big on sustainability and will make sure to re-use wherever it makes sense to do so.
I’m just starting to explore cybersecurity. How do I know where to start?
With the complexity of threats, it can be hard to know where to begin. We recommend starting with established frameworks recognised by most cyber insurers. In addition, we’ll also conduct audits to address your specific needs and provide end-to-end consultation to guide you in the right direction.
How important is it for me to invest in my network?
Setting aside all the latest networking standards, AI features and shiny bits of tin, networking is there to achieve your desired user experience. Pretty much everything is connected to a network these days, so it’s therefore responsible for the performance of things like your AV, WiFi and general day-to-day usage. Front-end systems usually get the blame for poor experience and therefore see the most investment, however in a lot of cases, it’s your 8 year old dusty switch (for example) that could really benefit from some TLC.
